Strength training is a vital component of a healthy lifestyle but you’re only as good as what you’re consistently putting into your body in the way of nutrition. Equally as important is to nurture a clear mental/spiritual path to wellness. Working on all of these aspects together will open up possibilities you might never have imagined.

Personal Coaching

When you sign up for personal coaching, nutrition and lifestyle counselling is part of the process. You'll get recipes and other resources to help keep you moving forward. There are many coaching options to choose from based on how frequently you'd like to train and if you are interested in one-on-one, partner or group sessions. Nutrition and Lifestyle Counselling

A personalized program is specifically designed for you and will give you the power to transform your health in so many ways. Many of the health issues you’re dealing with today or facing in the future have a significant nutritional component and I can give you the tools to take back your health and vitality. This is not a “quick fix” and I am not going to put you on a “diet”. This is deep lifestyle change and you will learn to thrive.
