The only scenario that may rival the one-on-one or one-on-two attention of private and semi-private training is small-group training.
A typical small group training session may include up to 3 participants and will most likely utilize a variety of strength training equipment including the best piece of strength training equipment ever invented, YOU! Bodyweight exercises are combined with kettlebell movements to provide a workout that will challenge every aspect of fitness and leave you with an endorphin rush for your efforts.
This type of training is ideal for friends, spouses or relatives. However, arrangements can also be made for you to train along side other participants who share similar goals and abilities.
Small group rates are paid monthly and a number of options are available. More information is available upon request.
